Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RAIMON) was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 1994, with a primary focus on premium residential property in Bangkok and Thailand’s resort destinations. The company is currently planning and developing various properties in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket, representing a total sales value over the next five years of Baht 40 billion (US$1.2 billion).
Raimon Land has set out policies for corporate governance that ensure transparency, integrity and accountability, in line with international standards. The company follows three guiding principles:

Current projects on progress include The River in Bangkok and Northpoint in Pattaya.
As a responsible developer, Raimon Land is also committed to allocating resources for its Corporate Social Responsibility programme, to provide a positive contribution to social, cultural, educational, environmental and sporting events in Thailand.
Raimon Land’s position in Thailand’s real estate sector has been consistently recognised, most recently by the Thailand Property Awards 2009, where The Heights Phuket won Best Condo Development (Thailand). In 2008, the company won Best Developer and Best Development Website (www.theriverbangkok.com) for the second consecutive year, Best Condo Development (Eastern Seaboard) for Northpoint and Best Condo Development (Phuket) for The Heights Phuket. Raimon Land was also honoured for The River at the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2008.
