2009 was a year of reflection for us. The industry had tanked, spending disappeared and a new sense of value and return on expenditure replaced the ‘just try it’ attitude of previous years. We took the downtime as an opportunity to look inwards, to examine our operation, and to focus on our product offering, our processes and pricing model.

We launched ourselves into 2010 with a new energy and restructured business ready to deliver our new mantra of ‘More for Less’. More sales, more profit, more control: less cost, less risk, less effort.

Firstly we re-engineered the Generator sales system to both take advantage of new technology and to allow it to align more closely with what really happens during the sales process. The completely fresh and redesigned new system ‘Generator Presenter®’, delivers amazing visuals through beautiful high definition quality imagery and film, the ability to run anywhere you want it to, and measures and monitors like never before.

Secondly our internal processes underwent a major review. We had to bring everything back to basics and focus on understanding what we are trying to achieve. Everything we now do is based on how it enhances the sales process to deliver more sales. The result is more efficient and effective customer-facing processes; a lean team who maximize time and effort, solely focusing on actions/behaviour that make a difference.

Thirdly our pricing model was reviewed and has been adjusted to allow mass market access. We have introduced a selection of payment options to suit all budgets and operational requirements.

Generator is designed to make good sales people great. We are not here to tell you how to sell. We are here to help you do what you do well but in a more powerful and professional way.
