Robert Krupica is an attorney from the United States, having qualified before the California Bar.
After receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law in
California’s Silicon Valley, Robert practiced law in California gaining both transactional and litigation experience on a variety of complex business, real estate, corporate, and employment law matters whilst representing both businesses and individuals.
Since July 2010, Robert has been working as a senior associate in Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville’s Phuket Office advising a broad range of clients on a number of real estate, land use, alternative ownership, hospitality, corporate, joint venture and investment legal matters. Robert has worked with developers of large real estate projects in and around Thailand and frequently advises developer clients on investment structuring and alternative ownership structures in Thailand. His experience covers a broad range of projects including mixed-use and residential developments. He recently advised and assisted with the fractional ownership structuring for a major property development in Phuket, Thailand. Furthermore, Robert has advised investors in relation to real estate acquisitions in Thailand and is also working on hospitality management arrangements in Thailand.
Robert remains a member of the San Francisco and American Bar Association.
