Currently undertaking a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.

Rhiannon’s specialist practice areas at Blake Dawson include Hotels, Tourism and Gaming plus Real Estate, as well as her general Corporate and Commercial Experience.
Rhiannon has been involved in a number of recent significant hotel and tourism related transactions spanning Australia, the Asia Pacific region and the Middle East. Rhiannon also has experience advising Hotel clients on a wide range of operational issues.
Her work includes the drafting and negotiation of hotel management and operating agreements, including technical services agreements and related documentation for various hotel operators and owners, including agreements relating to condominium hotels and branded residences plus franchise agreements, hotel financing, non-disturbance agreements and tripartite agreements with hotel operators.
Additionally, Rhiannon has experience in the drafting, negotiating and provision of advice in relation to all forms of commercial contracts including travel management contracts, conference and event agreements, sponsorship agreements, spa agreements and restaurant agreements including those involving celebrity chefs.
Rhiannon has been involved in negotiating and advising on travel management matters and related contracts for clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific Region, as well as advising on various legal and gaming issues throughout Australia, plus work with cruise ships covering the provision of advice on the implication of relevant laws in relation to the operation of cruise ships around Australia.
