Rhonda Hare

Rhonda is the head of Blake Dawson’s Singapore Practice and is based in the Singapore office. She has acknowledged experience in the acquisition, disposal, financing and development of hotels and related tourism assets, negotiation and drafting of management and operating agreements relating to hotels and other tourist assets and venues.  Her experience in drafting and negotiating hotel management agreements and joint venture agreements spans the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.  Rhonda also practises in the area of commercial property, including all aspects of general commercial, industrial and retail property matters.  Rhonda has been involved in real estate matters in various jurisdictions in Asia – including China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore and the Middle East.  Rhonda works with local counsel on the ground in order to ensure the smooth completion of these transactions.
