Piaras Moriarty is the Vice President of Client Management at Raimon Land, a leading real estate developer listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Focused on high-end residential developments, the company is the force behind numerous award-winning projects throughout Thailand such as Northpoint in Pattaya, The Legend Saladaeng in Bangkok and The Heights Phuket. Presently, the company is developing 185 Rajadamri, one of Bangkok’s most sought after addresses on the last remaining freehold land on Rajadamri Road, and The River, an iconic 72-storey luxury condominium due to be delivered in December 2011 along the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok.

Prior to his appointment at Raimon Land in 2010, Piaras served as Vice President of Client Management at IFA Hotels & Resorts, an international real estate investment firm listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange and a 41.08% shareholder of Raimon Land. Piaras also served 3 years as the Regional Marketing Director for the Middle East at Marriot Vacation Club International.

Mr. Moriarty is on the board of directors of Raimon Land, as well as RCI Middle East. Rounding out his education is a Bachelor of Science in Business studies from Spain’s Universidad de Vigo, a diploma in real estate development management from Dubai Real Estate Institute, as well as accreditation as a Registered Resort Professional from the American Resort Developers Association.
