Ingo Müller joined Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville in 2007 as Senior Associate in Thailand having practiced law before in Germany for seven years as a specialist in contract and commercial law, public services and real estate law.
Ingo’s developed field of expertise in Asia is real estate and corporate/commercial law relating to property developments, marina and hotel projects representing corporate and individual clients. He has attended and spoken at presentations on legal matters relating to foreign investment in Thailand and Indonesia; and has contributed to and published in a diverse number of English and German speaking publications.
Since January 2010, Ingo is responsible for overseeing and managing the Bali office of Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville where he services and cares for the local and international client base considering investing in this emerging market. His responsibilities include legal structuring and implementing real estate development projects, including legal frameworks for resort and hotel operations tailored to the legal environment of Indonesia.
During his time in Asia, Ingo has been directly responsible for providing advice to corporate and individual clients including property developers, private investors, and hotel & resort owners or operators in relation to real estate matters.
