Since 1978, Eulogio leads one of the world’s top leading international tourism consultancies – THR International Tourism Consultants- and, through his more than 30 years of experience, he has achieved a worldwide recognition for his visionary approach to the ever-changing world of tourism.
Under his leadership, THR has developed projects for more than 800 companies and destinations, hotel chains, investment groups, governments from more than 40 countries and international organizations such as the UNWTO, The European Union, etc. He has been responsible for the design of the Tourism Marketing Plans of Spain, Argentina, Greece, Croatia, among many others.
Eulogio is a profound believer that competitiveness stems from meaningful concepts which tell a story, reason why he created Dream Resorts & Hotels Factory, a one-of-a-kind player in the arena of resort design, specialized in the design and marketing of last generation Tourist Resorts. So far, DR&HF has designed more than 40 groundbreaking resorts all around the world.
In terms of concept development, Eulogio has the rare ability to constantly innovate and produce unique, context-relevant ideas, establishing new paradigms. He is undeniably a practiced expert at identifying a destination or project’s full potential and feasibility. Among many others, he is member of the prestigious Tourism Research Center and the Chairman of the Business Council of the UNWTO. His personal passions include sailing, gastronomy and traveling.
