Dexter has 12 years extensive property and facilities management experience from working in the UK, Australia and Thailand. Joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006 he has been instrumental in creating quality management services for resort condominiums and residential properties in Thailand.

As the demand for experienced property managers becomes ever more apparent Dexter and Jones Lang LaSalle have been offering consultancy and management to developers of projects from the planning stages through to providing the operational staff and knowledge to allow the developer to concentrate on sales of the project.

Before Joining to Jones Lang LaSalle he worked for other well known International Real Estate Service providers.

Dexter is an Electrical Engineer who has used his educational background to help form tailored management services for his clients.

Currently working with both the Abu Dhabi and Bahrain Governments on Resort and residential projects whilst continuing to grow the local business for Jones Lang LaSalle in Thailand’s resort destinations.
