Christian Glanville joined Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville in 2006, having practised as a lawyer in a city law firm in London, UK. Christian’s specialty as a practitioner in the UK was real estate, which translated well into his first stint as Senior Associate in the Phuket office for 2 years.
Christian, having been appointed a partner within Limcharoen Hughes & Glanville following strong involvement in the Phuket practice, now heads up the Koh Samui office and is responsible for servicing and caring for the local and international client base considering investing in the region. Christian has been responsible for developing innovative real estate development structures, including introducing legal frameworks for international fractional and resort collective ownership programs tailored to the legal restrictions and environment of Thailand.
Christian has spoken at venues throughout Thailand on topics such as general legal issues in real estate; and specialised construction issues in real estate. He has also contributed to a diverse number of publications distributed internationally such as the Property Report – Thailand; and the Koh-Samui Phang Ngan Magazine.
Christian is attendee of the Australian Chamber of Commerce; ‘Skal’ (International Association of Travel & Tourism Professionals); and the Rotary Club of Koh Samui.
