Andrew has a Bachelor of Business in Valuation and Land Administration from Queensland University. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), a registered Valuer in Queensland and a Fellow of the Thai Valuers Association (FTVA).

Andrew is a Senior Vice President, Indochina (Thailand & Vietnam) for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.

Andrew Langdon has been based in Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ Thailand office since January 2009, where he joined as Senior Vice President to undertake hotel advisory work, Valuations and hotel investment and development site sales throughout the Indochina region, encompassing Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Andrew has worked in Thailand for over 12 years and has over 18 years of diverse property experience in Australia and throughout Indochina. He has focused on the provision of valuations and strategic advisory services including market studies, financial feasibilities and project consultancy in the hotels, resorts and tourism sector of the industry. Andrew also has transactional hotel experience.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ Andrew had fulfilled director level roles with a number of leading international property consultancies in Thailand with a focus on the Indochina region.
