Adrian Lee is Managing Director, Asia for Group RCI, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and the global leader in vacation exchange and European rentals with exclusive access for specified periods to more than 67,000 vacation properties around the world. He is responsible for leading Group RCI’s Asia businesses out of Singapore.

Lee joined Group RCI in 2006 as Vice President of Operations for the Asia Pacific region. In this role he oversaw the sales centers in Singapore, Australia, India and China, as well as the Asia Pacific region’s Information Technology group. During his tenure he established and launched numerous new products and services, including premium offerings, travel insurance and cruise holidays in Asia and India.

Prior to joining Group RCI, Lee served as Director of Dell’s EMC resell business across Asia Pacific/Japan. Prior to that, he was Director for Dell Strategic Alliances, where he was responsible for developing and executing market strategy with key industry partners, including identifying value propositions, market opportunities, setting joint goals, resource investment plan and the partner field engagement model.

With over 20 years of experience in management and strategy, Lee has particular expertise in building and maintaining long-term operational plans, improving overall sales performance, and establishing and nurturing key business relationships.

Lee holds a Masters of Science in Defense Technology from Cranfield University in the UK, and a BA in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
